Quality enhancements

The IEngine interface is extended with the new Theme property, which allows setting the light or dark mode for the Chromium engine. This property affects the theme used for the print preview and DevTools.
The key modifiers are now handled properly for WinForms in the offscreen rendering mode.
The PermissionType enumeration now contains all supported values.
